Step 1: Complete 2024 AHIP Certification and/or NABIP Certification
As the next Annual Enrollment Period fast approaches, please note AHIP’s 2024 Medicare & Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training will be available June 21, 2023. This course is accepted by the majority of carriers offering Medicare Advantage plans in our region. Agents are encouraged to complete this training in lieu of having to complete separate carrier training components on Medicare Basics, MAPD topics, Part D, and Fraud, Waste & Abuse.

NABIP, previously known as NAHU, opens June 21 for Medicare certification training. Agents can complete this training through the NABIP Online Learning Institute for $100. If you complete AHIP certification training, you do not need to complete NABIP certification training.
